Greetings
We would like to take this opportunity on behalf of ourselves and our entire staff to welcome you to Phoenix Rising, an affiliation of WV Family Support & Rehabilitation Services (WVFSRS). We understand that it may not have been an easy road to get here and that it was a MAJOR decision to choose to seek help, and we are grateful you chose to begin, or continue, your recovery with us.
Through our many years working in both the Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder fields, we have witnessed and experienced the patterns/trends, and at times not discussed stereotypes or perceptions of individuals in recovery or with behavioral health needs.
As a result, we wish to be the change that we see in the world; by striving to cultivate a safe, non-discriminatory, behavioral health & alcohol and substance-free, long-term inpatient and sober living environments, where EVERYONE feels welcomed and willing to begin, or continue, to navigate the benefits and detriments of recovery by challenging yourself to become the best version of you.
Individuals who heal at our residences receive intensive, personalized, around-the-clock comprehensive care. Residents are introduced to a variety of therapeutic opportunities and activities.
We are excited to witness and be a part of your journey!! Thank you for choosing Phoenix Rising!!!!

Phoenix Rising strives to become an ally in decreasing stigma and barriers to safe, accessible, & quality, sober living within the behavioral health and substance abuse and dependence fields. By providing a supportive space to engage in recovery, without discrimination, for all qualified individuals.
Co-occurring disorder treatment focuses on helping you learn how to cope with your symptoms of mental health conditions so that you can end your addiction to drugs or alcohol. When a mental health disorder goes untreated, you may mistake the symptoms as a need to use addictive substances.

Level 3.5 programs assist patients whose addiction and/or mental health is currently so uncontrollable or severely disrupts daily functioning that they need a 24-hour supportive treatment environment to initiate or continue a recovery process that has failed to progress.
